Judges' Query Response Form
THE 2011 TRIPLE FLIP WILD ROSE IS F.I.G. SANCTIONED.
The Judging Coordinators FOR THE 2011 TRIPLE FLIP WILD ROSE (Brady Hewitt and Valérie Oudin-Arsenault) will be contacting each judge to confirm their various travel and accommodation details. The Judges' Query Form will be available from this site in September 2010. The 2011 JUDGING BULLETIN will also be available on this site in the Fall of 2010.
NEWS- Brevet Judges will be paid an honorarium in 2011.
We do suggest that Queries be sent in to Brady or Valérie as soon as possible.

Judges' Expense Claim Form
The 2011 Judges' Expense Claim Form will be made available for download in early 2011.
Mrs Brady Spencer will have copies of these forms on site during the competition. We attempt to pay the judges' honorarium on site as much as possible. If we missed you, your cheque will be m,ailed in the next few days after the competition.

Transportation Schedule
The on-site Transportation Schedule for International athletes and coaches & for Judges to-and-from the Competition site AND to-and-from the Hotel will be available in late March 2011 on this site.
2011 Triple Flip Wild Rose mini-vans (sponsored by Enterprise and Sherwood Nissan) will shuttle judges, international teams and other authorized individuals to and from all venues as per the published schedule.
Departures and pick-ups will be provided at specific peak times.
This transportation is NOT for delegates who are not International Team members, Officially-assigned GCG Team Canada members (athletes, coaches, judges) OR Judges.
