The Wild Rose has had extensive media coverage over the years.
The 1997 Wild Rose was televised on Shaw Cable and the broadcast was actually seen across Canada on various cable networks.
The Press coverage has always been very good, due in large part to the international stars that the Wild Rose has attracted since its inception in 1996: Viktoria Karpenko, Simona Amanar, Svetlana Boginskaya, Elena Zamolodchikova to only name a few. In 2010, our event currently has confirmed entries by National Team athletes from China and Canada, with more to come.
This year, there will be a Press Conference on Thursday April 1 @ 12:00 (noon) sharp at the Coast Edmonton Plaza Hotel downtown.
Interview opportunities will be available with the International athletes and their coaches.
A Media package will also be available on site. More details to come.
